Two key members of the Trust are the Chief Executive officer (CEO) and the Chief Finance Officer (CFO). The CEO and accounting officer is responsible for the management and administration of the Trust. she supports and enables the Board of Trustees to fulfil its duties and responsibilities for the governance of the charity
The CFO is responsible for the Trust’s financial affairs, and has responsibility for the day to day financial operations of the Trust.
Chief Executive Officer – Pat Hunt
Pat has over 30 years’ experience in education across all phases from 4-18 years. She has senior leadership experience in secondary leading on teaching and learning and special educational needs and inclusion. She has worked for the Local Authority as a school improvement adviser and has previously led Ofsted inspections across primary, secondary and special schools and academies. Her most recent role was as a Senior Academy Improvement Director in a large multi-academy trust with leadership responsibility for Governance, Safeguarding, SEND, Pupil Premium and PHSEE. Her specific work with academies is school improvement.
Chief Finance Officer – Karen Baker

Compliance Officer – Jackie Hesslegrave
Jackie has over 24 years experience in Human Resource roles within Public and Private sector organisations, 7 years of these were with Staffordshire County Council either supporting Education Support Services, or directly supporting Primary, Secondary and Special Schools across Staffordshire in the role of Senior HR Consultant. Her most recent experience is at Queen’s Croft High School, in the role of Business Manager. Jackie holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Development and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. In addition she has significant experience of managing Health and Safety within Social Housing and School settings.
